产品说明：

● 本设备是一种智能型全自动装箱机，采用高速分配装置包装各种容器，可包装塑料扁瓶、圆瓶、异形瓶，各种大小玻璃瓶盒子等，另外也适用于带隔板的包装箱。

● 由瓶夹（内置橡胶，以防损伤瓶体）夹住瓶体（每次1-4箱），放入打开的纸箱中，当抓头抬起时，将纸箱排出，送至封箱机（此装箱方式也适用盒子等其它产品）。

● 本机采用三菱PLC + 触摸显示屏控制。设有缺料报警停机，无料不装箱等安全装置。

● 本设备方便操作、管理、减少生产人员的劳动强度，是自动化规模生产必不可少的设备。

● 全部电气元件均选用国际知名品牌，整机性能稳定可靠。

● 装箱速度快，适合大批量、高速度的流水线自动包装作业。

Specification:

● SH-ZX02 is a fully-automatic intelligence case packer, it can be easily formatted a variety of sizes of bottles.

● The gripper is picked the head of bottles and placed into the erected carton.

●Once it finished, the full carton will be discharged and conveyed to the case sealing machine.

● It's capable of speeds up to 5-25 cases per minute.

● Utilizing PLC and touchscreen of Mitsubishi.

● Full safety interlocked guarding. Insufficient coming will be stopped.

● Easy to program, maintain consistent operation, increase productivity and reduce labor costs.
